Hassan Ahmed was born on 14th April 1982 in Karachi. He graduated in business administration from IoBM, Karachi. He is the maternal grandson of veteran actor Latif Kapadia. Hence talent runs in his veins. He has led the legacy of his grandfather just how he would have wanted it to be.

Hassan got married in 2009 to the gorgeous model and actress, Sunita Marshall. Sunita is a Christian while Hassan is a Muslim. They both took considerable time to convince their families for this inter-faith marriage. The couple is one of the most loved couples in Pakistan. They have two beautiful children together, a boy named Raakin Ahmed and a girl, Zynah Ahmed.

Hassan has been through a life-changing event in his life. In 2013 he was kidnapped for ransom. He stayed in captivity for 35 days. This experience changed Hassan completely. He used to be short-tempered, aggressive, and carefree. His wife, on the other hand, he admits, was more responsible and enduring as a soul mate. This experience taught him patience, resilience, and humility, and brought him closer to the Creator. Hassan says he became more religious after this experience. Moreover, he openly confesses how his better half proved to be a pivotal support. He is very vocal about his love and respect for Sunita for bringing out the best in him.

 Hassan Ahmed started his career with modeling. He started acting in 2009, debuting with the drama, Saiqa. He received a lot of love for his role in the drama. He essayed the role of Usman Khawaja in the drama serial Mannchalay. The drama highlighted the difference between the perspectives of young and old generations and how they can go forth together. Hassan played fame with Zindagi Dhoop Tum Ghana Saya, Meri Saheli Meri Hamjoli, and Tootay Huey Par. He received the best soap actor for the drama Agar tum Na Hotey. People loved his antagonist-turned-favorable character in Kahi Un Kahi.

Hassan has done some remarkable performances as a negative characters. He played the role of Mukhtar, an unsupportive and apathetic brother to an acid-victim girl. Similarly, he portrayed the ungrateful, dark, and suspicious character in the drama, Mushk. People sympathized initially with the character who was bedridden due to poisoning by his wife. But later on, he attempted to kidnap the lead actress, Urwa Hocaine, turning all the sympathies into hatred. Hassan aptly portrayed such a negative character. In the drama serial Aik Thi Misaal also he portrayed a negative role.

Hassan has also appeared in several dramas with his wife, Sunita. Main Akeli, Pinjra, and Sitamgar. However, the most loved play of the duo was Baby Baji, aired on ARY TV.
